Poor tax solutions
They charged me $10,000 with the promise to solve all my problems. At 70 years old I really couldn't handle the electronic communications they insist on. I asked to do business by mail and each time I asked they had a different rep call me. Missing the calls I tried to call back and was left on hold and eventually all communication stopped. Totally dissatisfied.
